Get all of the advantages of Fast Lane’s Classroom Training but without the travel. Introducing our new Instructor-Led Online (ILO) Courses each taught by Fast Lane’s Vendor-Certified Instructors. Just as in our on-site classes, students receive first-hand instruction from Trainers who know the top technologies and how to apply them to real-world solutions. Our strictly managed online program guarantees you will receive the highest level of education quality.
How It Works:
All of our ILO courses feature the same content and labs as the classroom but in a virtual environment delivered via WebEx. Once registered, you will receive a confirmation email that details the dates, times and access links for your course. It is important for the productivity of everyone that each student test their computers, headsets and microphones prior to the first session. If you are having compatibility issues during this testing phase, you may contact Fast Lane directly for support at +61 2 9280 1820 or info@fastlane-ap.com. Although pre-tests are requested of every student, a moderator will also be available to assist with any technical issues that may arise during the course of the class and/or lab sessions.
During the course of your online training, the instructor will lead the class the same as an on-site session with slides, notes, examples and Q&A sessions. You may also raise your virtual hand at any point during the presentation to ask a question or request further explanation on any point. Please note: our ILO courses do not currently offer any web-cam or video support.
