General Terms and Conditions
Terms & Conditions - Asia Pacific
1. No registrations will be confirmed unless full payment has been received and a completed and signed Registration Form accepting these terms and conditions have been received by Fast Lane Institute for Knowledge Transfer (Fast Lane). Alternatively, Fast Lane terms and conditions may be accepted via the internet registration process.
2. All course participants must comply with course prerequisites. Please review the Fast Lane Course Outlines for details.
3. Cancellations and transfers must be notified in writing.
4. The following payment, cancellation and transfer terms and conditions apply for the courses INTRO, ICND, DESIGN, BCMSN, BSCI, ISCW, ONT, CVOICE, CIPT1, CIPT2, QOS, IPTT, GWGK, SND, SNRS, SNPA, IPS, HIPS, CSVPN, BGP, MPLS, ARCH and CSE:
 | Full payment of course fees is required before 20 working days of course commencement date. |
| Cancellation of student course registration within 20 working days of course commencement date will result in a 50% cancellation fee. |
| Cancellation of student course registration within 10 working days of course commencement date will result in a 100% cancellation fee. |
| Transfer of student registration to a later course within 20 working days of the course commencement date will result in a 25% transfer fee. |
| Transfer of student registration to a later course within 10 working days of the course commencement date will result in a 50% transfer fee. |
5. The following payment, cancellation and transfer terms and conditions apply for courses not listed at point (4) above:
| Full payment of course fees is required before 30 working days of course commencement date. |
| Cancellation of student course registration within 30 working days of course commencement date will result in a 50% cancellation fee. |
| Cancellation of student course registration within 20 working days of course commencement date will result in a 100% cancellation fee. |
| Transfer of student registration to a later course within 20 working days of the course commencement date will result in a 50% transfer fee. |
| Transfer of student registration to a later course within 10 working days of the course commencement date will result in a 100% transfer fee. |
6. Cancellations or transfers made following the commencement of a course will incur 100% of the course fee paid. Substitution of course participants may be made free of charge at any time. Payments can be made by cash, credit card or personal cheque.
7. Package programs MUST be paid in full prior to attending any training course and MUST be completed in their entirety once commenced.
8. Fast Lane reserves the right to alter course schedules and pricing without notice.
9. Courses are GST exempt unless otherwise noted.
10. Fast Lane reserves the right to cancel, curtail or re-schedule training courses or events without notice and without liability for financial penalty or compensation other than an amount limited to a refund of 100% of any fees already paid in advance of the related course or event, or cancellation of the invoice, where credit arrangements have been established with Fast Lane to pay post event.
